Shipping Info

Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your order across Pakistan.

Dispatch Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Free delivery on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use these details to track your package directly with the courier.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us — please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.

Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows above, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier volume, or remote locations. We'll keep you updated if your order is delayed significantly.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not currently available.
